All rates are double occupancy, per night and are subject to change without notice. A major credit card is required to secure your stay - you may pay with an alternate payment method at checkout. We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa and Mastercard.

Check in is from 4:00 pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am. Late check-out by prior approval only.

Because of our small size, cancellations and no shows affect us significantly. For this reason cancellations must be made ten days prior to the date of arrival to avoid full room charges. In the event we are able to rebook the room for the duration of your booking, there will be no charge.

If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay.

Parking is limited to guests only as we have only one parking space per room. Please let us know in advance if you will need parking for more than one vehicle.

We accept children of all ages, however parents or guardians must supervise minors at all times. Please be courteous and understand that some of our guests are seeking respite from all their stresses, including work, home and children. No child is allowed in the swimming pool area or in the vicinity of the koi pond without supervision.

We are sorry to say that we can not accept pets at the inn.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Ash trays are avaialble for your use outside. Please be courteous to others and please pick up after yourself. If evidence of smoking is found in your room, cleaning charges of $200 will billed to your credit card.

To ensure that your room is always clean, comfortable and welcoming, we will enter guest rooms daily to freshen bathrooms, empty the trash cans, and make the bed. However, we respect our guests’ privacy and provide “Do Not Disturb” signs for all of our guest rooms. If a “Do Not Disturb” sign is hanging on a guest room door, we will not enter the room.

Breakfast is served each morning between 8:30 - 10:30 am. We serve buffet (family) style, and there are trays available to bring breakfast into your guest room.

This is our home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injury, damages to personal property or vehicles.

Items left behind at the inn can be sent to you via mail at your request. The cost of shipping + a $5 handling and packaging fee (rounded to the next whole dollar) will be billed to your credit card.

Two night minimum stay: May through November

For unregistered guests using the swimming pool facility there will be a $25.00 per person, per day fee, charged to the registered guest.
